Summary: Add missing "Reviews" mailing list information to

The Apache Zeppelin [community page|https://zeppelin.apache.org/community.html]
currently lists three mailing lists: {*}Users{*}, {*}Dev{*}, and *Commits* —
each with appropriate links for subscribing, unsubscribing, and viewing
archives.
However, the *Reviews* mailing list, which is used for code review discussions
(e.g., GitHub PRs), is not mentioned on the page. This could lead to confusion
or lack of awareness for contributors who want to follow code review activity.
Please update the community page to include the *Reviews* mailing list section
with subscribe, unsubscribe, and archive links — similar to how the other
mailing lists are presented.
