When creating a new note in the New UI, the input field is labeled "Import As".
This can be confusing for users as the action is to create a brand new note,
not to import an existing one.

The Classic UI correctly uses "Note Name" for the same function, which is a
much clearer and more accurate description.
This issue proposes to change the label from "Import As" to "Note Name" in the
New UI's 'Create New Note' dialog to ensure consistency and improve user
experience.
