When executing InterpreterSetting.getInterpreterGroup, an error occurs if
groupId is null.
Although it does not seem that groupId becomes null under normal circumstances,
it would be better to add a null check condition.
I discovered this vulnerability during shutdown testing(ZEPPELIN-6237).
