Please let us know what part of the https://github.com/apache/incubator-zeppelin/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md is not clear and also please feel free to submit a PR in case something is missing or inconsistent there. Shall we link this doc from the website or do you think moving it to JIRA is the way to improve visibility?
