ZEPPELIN-437 includes a fixes on scrolling bug of Ace editor on keyboard
navigation for Chrome browser.
However in case of ace editor has contents more than window height, the problem
still occur.
It's because of the fix moves hidden textarea always to 0 offset (relative to
code editor), not actual cursor position.
