Due to some recent changes in the UI, there are some bugs that have cropped in.
I thought I'll club them in all in one JIRA. I'm on Firefox v43.0.3 on a
Windows machine.
1. Notebook menu is below the top header z-index wise.
2. After a paragraph running a SQL outputs the results in a table, change the
code to print anything except a SQL table either by introducing an error in the
query or by changing replacing the query with some plain scala code. The
paragraph output does not resize to fit the results.
3. The paragraph resize indicator is only visible when the paragraph has some
output. If the output is cleared, there is no visible resize indicator.
(Intended behavior?)
4. When a paragraph is resized, the resizing outline is only visible around the
output and not the entire paragraph+output div.
5. Small CSS glitch in SQL table output when results are automatically limited.
