As pointed out in [vote thread at
general@i.a.o|http://markmail.org/message/adwosgtkui3o7le6] there are few
possible improvements:
- update year in the NOTICE file
- update LICENCE to [1] (no need to add
apache licensed software to license) and [2] (no need to duplicate the
developed at line).
- check if there is no need to add extra copyright Apache lines either
