In some recent change in master, displayed values of both of the y-axis and
floating box have been shortened (1,000,000 -> 1M), which is great for better
layout.
However, because the floating box (displayed when the mouse cursor move over
the graph) is more flexible to display large values, shall we display the
precise values instead of the shortened version?
