@Leemoonsoo @sttts Setting `spark.executor.memory` and `spark.cores.max`
can already be done with `ZEPPELIN_JAVA_OPTS="-Dspark.executor.memory=X and
-Dspark.cores.max=X"`.
However, it's currently impossible to set `-Dspark.app.name` today so this
would be a very useful merge as it is now!
