ZEPPELIN-585: Add troubleshooting information to publish.md
### What is this PR for?
After #672 is merged, a bug was [reported by Zeppelin
user](http://apache-zeppelin-users-incubating-mailing-list.75479.x6.nabble.com/Embed-Zeppelin-Results-in-External-page-tt2249.html)
a few days ago.
That issue was addressed already fixed by #464 and included after **release
0.5.6**.
So I add some information to `docs/manual/publish.md` about troubleshooting
and style guide mentioned by @doanduyhai at the Zeppelin user mailing thread.
