If I run this code in a spark interpreter cell
```
val df = sqlContext.read.format("com.databricks.spark.csv").load("mycsv")
df.registerTempTable("testbug")
```
and then run this code in a new %spark cell:
```
println("%table\nC0\n")
sqlContext.sql("""select * from 
testbug""").collect().take(100).map(_.getString(0)).foreach(println)
```
I get the expected result displayed in a Zeppelin table, however if I run in a 
new %sql cell:
```
%sql
select * from testbug
```

Expected result is that the %sql cell should produce the same result as the 
manual spark formatting.

Notes:
This bug does not manifest if the DataFrame is cached before executing the 
SELECT statement
