Sorry, was pretty busy this week.
So regarding your remark on calling `pushAngularObjectRegistryToRemote()`
only once in `RemoteInterpreter.init()`, I just add a boolean to the
`InterpreterGroup` class and use it to keep track whether we push angular
object registry or not for an interpreter group
