Hi,

I think it's because of 0.6.0-SNAPSHOT artifacts are not in the public
repository. You'll need to 'mvn install ......' on 'helium' branch of
proposal implementation. Then necessary artifacts will be installed in your
.m2 repository and you'll able to build Sparkmon project.
