Sorry but I don't like this solution. IMO ephemeral nodes have to be deleted on
session expire, otherwise we lose consistency.
What I suggest is to allow ephemeral znodes to be parents.
Why would you want to have pseudo ephemeral znodes which don't get deleted
after session expire?
