New patch file with changes for everything asked for. For the dependencies in
the ivy file and scripts I have made the changes and I think they are OK,
however I do not currently have a Linux build so I cannot run the package
target in the main ant build script to fully test this (the build required
'touch' so will not ruin on windows).
