I found out there are a lot of other changes apart from this in ZooKeeperNet
fork regarding code generation. Those are in ZOOKEEPER-1158 patch. That patch
aims to merge the whole ZooKeeperNet project here. So I think it is not
necessary to create a separate item for this.
