This is a pretty big patch, entirely confined to bookkeeper-benchmark, except
for a small mod in the bookkeeper/bin/bookkeeper.
I've added a new script in bookkeeper-benchmark/bin/benchmark. To test the
whole thing out, start a local bookie ensemble and run a bench against it.

Calling bookkeeper-benchmark/bin/benchmark without any args will give you the
possible benchmarks, and running each of these with -help will give you the
options they take.
