Hi Helen,
thanks for looking at this. I meant removing a server by reconfiguring it out
of the ensemble, not by stopping it. From what you're saying your change might
have already fixed the problem. If I'm not mistaken we want to make sure that
when the flag is false the target config includes 1 or more servers and when
the flag is true we should ensure 2 or more remaining servers.
