Hi zookeeper developers, I have a question about jira usage. How can I be a contributor (who can be an assignee of issues) of zookeeper jira?
I'm working on the issue ZOOKEEPER-2194 [1]. However, I'm not a contributor of zookeeper. So I cannot be an assignee of the issue. IIUC, this would be problematic because other developers cannot track who made the change. I read a document about the zookeeper contribution guideline [2], but couldn't find a way of being a contributor. I'm glad if you could help me.
