Yes. For instance, when I just now visited the mirror page it takes me to
http://www.us.apache.org/dist/zookeeper/. Now that page no longer has a
directory for zookeeper-3.4.6. The top of the page says that older releases
are available form http://archive.apache.org/dist/hadoop/zookeeper/, but the
latest release on that page is 3.3.2. So there is no where within those pages
were you can download 3.4.6.
