Hi, Does anyone know if I need to do anything special to have the ability to submit attachments and be assigned issues on JIRA? I was recently trying to submit a patch for ZOOKEEPER-2355 and realized the option was missing for me. It's not present on any other ZooKeeper JIRAs that I can see, although I can see it on JIRAs from other Apache projects.
I was working with Marshall McMullen to get the patch submitted, and our first thought was that the issue might need to be assigned to me, but even though he was able to reassign the issue, I was not a valid user to assign it to. My account username is makuchta. I created it almost two weeks ago if that's of any relevance. Thanks, Martin
