I have started a section in the "How to Contribute" doc to start documenting the process to contribute with pull requests:

The only constraint we currently have is that the title needs to match the jira
title because we use the it in the script.
Going forward, we will need to change the workflow and adapt the documentation
accordingly. We are discussing the changes to the workflow in a separate thread.
