[~rakeshr] Yes it is sad that we still need 1.6 support otherwise this is not
an issue.
Since you mentioned that these tests (with ZOOKEEPER-2689) pass consistently on
your windows, could this be a JDK / OS issue? Otherwise if the test itself is
flaky then I would imagine windows test will fail sometimes.
