Also, loops like the one below:
```
for (int idx = 0; idx < s.length(); idx++) {
char ch = s.charAt(idx);
```
could be simplified to `for (char ch : s.toCharArray()) {` in some **very
specific methods that don't increment the counter inside the loop**.
