I did not use the old exclusions file but I have created a new one, used only
for disabling some wide spread problems.
I have added SuppressFBWarnings annotations and/or fixed bugs.
The old file can be dropped.
Ant build is failing I have to fix it by adding the jar for the annotations if
this approach sounds good.
Otherwise I will drop the annotations and fallback to the old file
