The commit message on the commit that created the pull request was a single line "ZOOKEEPER-3394: Delay observer reconnect when all learner masters have been tried" that matched the convention of "Jira number: Jira title". Other pull requests seem to merge just fine when the title was long (see 937 for ZOOKEEPER-3383). I'd love to know what caused the corruption in this case so we can warn others.
