+1 (binding)

- verified checksums, signatures, RAT
- build from sources, on Ubuntu, JDK11, all tests are passing (with
-Dsurefire-forkcount=1)
- run some smoke tests on the binaries built by myself

One note:
LICENSE files are in decent but not great shape

These files does not have a corresponding LICENSE file
lib/audience-annotations-0.12.0.jar
lib/jackson-annotations-2.13.2.jar
lib/jackson-core-2.13.2.jar
lib/jackson-databind-2.13.2.1.jar
lib/javax.servlet-api-3.1.0.jar

they are following the 'tradition', not a blocker for a point release,
this is something we should fix

Thank you Mohammad for driving this release !

Enrico
