Hi ZooKeeper Team, I'm interested in contributing to Apache ZooKeeper, particularly its consensus, replication, and distributed coordination mechanisms. I've been trying to create a Jira account to discuss existing issues and contribute fixes, but the Apache self-service registration form keeps returning a 502 Proxy Error.
