getting started with contributions

Hello all. I'm a moderately experienced Objective-C programmer and a  
devoted Adium user. Thought I'd make an effort to give a little back  
and make some code contributions to the project. I'm interested in  
tips that people have for finding and grabbing bugs to work on.
