PS: I'm on a 32bits MacBook Pro (2006) running Leopard 10.5.8.
Small addition to my post: I downloaded the previous nightly,
1.4hgr2639, and double clicking on any buddy in my contact list to
initiate a chat works just fine; go back to 1.4hgr2643 and the instant
crashes come back, no matter if the buddy is MSN/GTalk/AIM/whatever or
if I double click it or if I select it and then hit return.
