Removing un-updated localizations

Most strings and nibs haven't changed since 1.1.  It seems like a loss  
of a lot of effort to make someone who wants to translate into es, is,  
pl, or tr start from scratch.  What would y'all think about keeping  
these around and remove them in the release build phase, instead?
