It's a legitimate point - the sum total of effort of marking bug reports as duplicate is probably more than pushing a new beta. I'm hoping to have fixes in place for some of the major remaining issues before furthering the beta process, as it'd be great for b19 to be the last beta followed by an actual release. This eternal beta thing has got to end. Starting Sept 13, I'm going to be back in near-college mode for the first time in living memory, for about 5 months: I'll have only a 50 work-week and supposedly rare on-call responsibilities, and I'll be living out of town with no wife, no dog, and no local friends.
