Add CpuExceptionHandlerTest.h in EccCheck IgnoreFiles of
UefiCpuPkg/UefiCpuPkg.ci.yaml to pass ECC check. The
GENERAL_REGISTER.R8 in this file triggers EccCheck failure
since no lower case characters in R8/R9/R10.
