I would like to propose https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/pull/11745
for inclusion in the next stable tag.
This PR updates the brotli submodule to commit e230f474, in order to
avoid build failures on IA64 and LoongArch platforms using their native
GCC-based toolchains.
The root cause is that GCC does not support the
attribute((model("small"))) extension that was introduced upstream
(see google/brotli#1368 google/brotli#1369).
The updated brotli revision removes this attribute and restores
compatibility with GCC-based builds, making the update safe for all
architectures.
Since this affects platforms that rely on GCC toolchains, including
QEMU-based configurations, it would be beneficial to include this fix
in the stable branch.
