CVS and Patches

Hi All

There seem to be a lot of patches, enhancements, little scripts etc that 
various people have written. We need a central place for these. I am 
willing to host an archive on one of my webservers.  I am proposing 
something very simple. A basic HTML page listing the various patches in 
categories along with the diffs or tarball and a contact email.

What do you think? Is there enough out there to warrant this?
