falcom a2d-1 modem and AT2 driver

does AT2 driver support falcom a2d-1 modem?
I have saw the falcom a2d-1 modem specs,it is GSM ETSI Phase 1 and 2 
compliant,is it phase 2+ compliant ?
what deference between phase 2 and phase 2+ ?
