DCS's Message Class can be encoded using two ways.

It's a problem because some smsc's only accept one ot them (Siemens M20
for example) and as I see, some phones only understand one of them.

I have some config (alt-dcs, see in docs) to be used in at module (so if you
have a M20, you could say that you want the alternate dcs encoding).

Should we have some kind of alt-dcs visible in http interface ? if the
client
knows that the modem will ignore the first kind of dcs, force the second.
