you have to beware if you use more then one smsc definition to route
the outgoing SMS. Use forced-sms in the sms-sender group and
denied-smsc in the smsc group to achive this.

yep, this is the same effect we had on a system while figuring out how
to configure the routing.

I'll dig this out and send an example config.
