Well, maybe won't change anything, by the way you have AT+CMMS=2^M It does not work with wavecom, and you should take it away from your source or get current cvs that should have a setting for it. Maybe then it will work. I had the same problem, but Usually I don't use modem to send sms, only to receive so I can't tell you if now it works.
