We have tried to connect to CMG SMSC using UCP60.
The connection look fine but when we want to send SMS, the SMSC reply error.

Do we need to set the OTON, NPI and Subtype.
According to the technical team, we need to set the OTON to 6, NPI to 5 and
Subtype to 4. Is there any settings in .config file that we need to
change?.
