yes, you are right with OTA settings specification 7.0 from ericsson and
nokia, but how about wap 2.0 OTA scheme (ref WAP-182 and WAP-183). some
uptodate handset use wap 2.0 ota specification already (like Panasonic GD87
and Ericsson t300)?
