Kannel should pass things as the phone sends them, AFAIK. Don't flame

yep, should be possible, but more logic has to be added here. I guess
this is a TODO, but will less priority.

BTW, do you have any HTTP servers that have problems with the amount
of headers Kannel is sending? We may at least gather those kind of
information very easily.
