> How can I fetch the MSISDN of the WAP Client ?

:))

what you try is the so called MSISDN Provisioning concept. Beware that
the WAP stack does not send the MSISDN in the WTP or WDP layers.

Hence you need to proxy in the MSISDN as HTTP header to the HTTP
request send from wapbox to your local HTTP application.

To make this happen you need to be in control of the NAS (network
access server), usually a RADIUS authentication mechanism.

So if you use a public (operator owned) wap gateway, then you are out
of scope for this if they don't do it on their own, and they usually
don't do.
