Hm. This would be a quite tall order. Start with WTP state tables: WTP guarantees
reliable transport. What happens if the phone or the server goes down ? What if
the message disappears ? So the transaction is split into parts, and there is state
transition after every successful part.


For instance, WTP has a state for resending, server will send, until the phone got
it - or until there have been too many attempts.
