Yes the connections are to the same operator but their 2 connection
limit is on a per 'smsc-username' bases. With each 'group = smsc' having
unique login details they are treated seperately.

But this line in the log file may relate to the problem:

2003-08-14 14:29:39 [34] WARNING: SMPP: PDU NUL terminated string has no
NUL.

I have never seen this before.

Is it maybe possible that their SMSC does not think I have connected
'properly'?

connections in your config (here you can try with transceiver mode). If
