Kannel provides a PPG (Push Proxy Gateway) that supports PAP, the Push Access Protocol. PAP is defined in one of the WAP Specs. You just use a POST request to send a multipart mime body to the PPG, Kannel will do the rest and create the SMS message. Regards Joerg
