Just a quick update.. I saw a stuck message earlier. At the same time, I telnetted to port 10000 (fake) on the box in question. It dumped out the "stuck" message on my connection to fake, which is a bit strange - even though it had a proper smscid in the message.   So what it looks like is that if an SMPP connection is down, it sends it to the fake SMSC. Very strange!   Any thoughts?
