It's using your framework and Apache's, not modifying code. Namely it's map-url in Kannel's config file and then a mod_rewrite in Apache. Nothing for you guys to patch. :P
ok, so we're at least "green" here and drop this showstopper for 1.4.1 stable. Good news.
