Kannel does contain a WTLS stack. Unfortunatly it's not been finished in implementation, and there is currently no maintainer of that module/segment. Kannel can be used via the ktwls (add-on box) that is proxy'ing WTLS connections to the "normal" 9200/9201 ports. We would be highly intrested if someone picks both codes and migrates the functionality (not the bugs that do exist in kwtls) into Kannel. ktwls is not considered as Kannel sub-project, but a company contributed it some time ago to the open source, and it's based on the Kannel gwlib library.
