Applied patch of Thomas Gottgens: The fields udhdata and msgdata are now
created as blob and text fields.
Also some fields of Kannel.conf are renamed to match CVS HEAD revision of the
gateway module (mysql-username => username, etc.).

Known issue that I will likely solve any of the following weeks:

now, if the UDH does not end in NULL-Characters like
06050440AB0000 but is in the form 06050440AB40AB sqlbox
works as expected. The trailing 0's are stripped though and replaced
by the first corresponding characters from the message text.

text=Hello+world&udh=%06%05%04%40%AB%40%AB results in the SMS being
'Hello World'
text=Hello+world&udh=%06%05%04%40%AB%00%00 results in the SMS being
'llo World' though.

BTW, not directly bound to this topic, but more a suggestion:

when my "lost" sqlbox was coded, I hit the approach in using the cpp preprocessor magics that Kannel offers via the gw/msg-decl.h macros to "dynamically" create the SQL strings. So a change in the generial Msg structure would have no impact on the operation of my sqlbox.

Unfortunatly the code is lost. But I quess it would be worth thinking of such a feature for sqlbox.
